How can you help

We need your support
Healthy Vine Trust is a charity funded entirely by donations from individuals, churches, and one or two sponsors. We are looking for increased support to meet the coming year’s needs. (For those donors resident in The Netherlands, it is registered with the Dutch tax authorities under AMBI no. 8180.15.974)

If you would actively like to take part in the work of the support group you could help with donating/sponsorship or you could assist with organising fund raising for e.g. an event and join the support team. New energies and inspiration are always welcome!

What do we do with your gift?
All the money raised by the Healthy Vine Trust goes directly into the work being done on the ground in Uganda, except for minor administration costs of maintaining the Stichting in The Netherlands. In 2008, this represented 1,9% of the donations receive. See the Annual Account 2008 for more details.

Your donation will go towards working with and training the local community to:

  • combat malaria, AIDs through health programmes and education
  • set up model homes
  • dig boreholes and installing rainwater harvesting for clean sustainable water
  • provide seed capital for small scale co-operative agricultural projects such as Pig breeding, Coffee growing, Fruit tree cultivation and planting trees.
  • Provide equipment and pre/post natal training for the clinic
